The XISHI Photo Booth offers an all-inclusive recording experience featuring unlimited photo sessions and high-quality physical prints in 2x6, 4x6, or 4.5x4.5 formats, complemented by bespoke print designs and instant digital sharing via AirDrop, Text, or Email. Our professional package ensures a red-carpet glow with studio-grade spotlights, access to a curated backdrop gallery, and a prop trunk filled with high-quality accessories, all guided by a stylish custom instruction card and a dedicated on-site professional attendant. We handle everything from complimentary setup to teardown at your primary location, with flexible options for additional venue relocations (+$100), providing the Professional Guidance needed to turn your creative vision into a seamless, unforgettable celebration.

Once your service is confirmed, we provide multiple backdrop selections to match your theme, or you can opt for a bespoke custom design for an additional fee. No. Our 17" vintage TV is designed to capture a grainy, 80s-style live feed using its built-in camera, which looks great in almost any ambient light.

We provide a dedicated on-site specialist who will hand-assemble 100 premium photo keychains live during your event. It’s a favorite among guests!

Elevate your mirror with personalized artistry. While standard setups are available, custom hand-painted details can be added for a surcharge to ensure a truly one-of-a-kind recording experience.

The frame is included for free with our Photo Wall or Decor packages. If you need it stand-alone, a $30 surcharge applies. Please add it to your cart first, and we will contact you to finalize the details.

 You can choose between a White Metal Frame (120x200cm) or a Black Metal Frame (100x180cm) at the Display Frame section in your cart.

To ensure a smooth XISHI experience, please note that our 'On-Air' Analog Display, Professional Photo Booth, and high-speed printers all require a stable power source (Standard 110V outlet) within the setup area. For Instant Sharing (AirDrop/Email), we provide our own reliable mobile hotspot to keep your guests connected. However, access to venue WiFi is always a plus to ensure the fastest, high-definition digital delivery of your memories.

Yes. All designs must reach Final Approval at least 72 hours  prior to your event. After this, no changes can be accepted due to the production time for all of our services.

No problem! Each additional round of revision beyond the 2 complimentary ones will incur a $30 design fee. We provide Professional Guidance to help you get the perfect look as efficiently as possible.

While our setups are designed to be modular and minimalist with a small footprint, we recommend a dedicated area of approximately 2m x 3m (6.5ft x 10ft) for the best experience with each interaction. This space allows for the  6ft Grand Mirror, the 17" 'On-Air' Display, and enough room for guests to strike a pose comfortably. 

To ensure the best visibility and avoid glare, we recommend a shaded or indoor placement. Direct sunlight can affect the grainy retro aesthetic of the Analog Display and the clarity of the Mirror Art. Additionally, please ensure the setup area is sheltered from wind. Due to the height and surface area of the 6ft Grand Mirror, strong gusts can compromise stability. For safety and the best recording experience, a flat, wind-protected surface is required for all outdoor celebrations.

Our attendant handles the teardown. If the display wall is a gift for you but you cannot transport it immediately, please message us on WhatsApp before the event starts to coordinate a scheduled pickup (additional fees may apply).
